Knoxville, TN 2017
F&L was lucky enough to spend the Summer of 2017 on the shores of Lake Norris meeting with some of East Tennessee's finest in Knoxville and Chattanooga. Thank you to Rubens Ghenov, Joshua Bienko, Eleanor Aldrich, and Jered Sprecher for having us into your studios and cheers to Fluorescent Gallery, Douglas Degges and Sarah Smith on the opening of their exhibition Sharpless. We stopped in the Knoxville Museum of Art to see Gathering Light: Works by Beauford Delaney From the KMA Collection. On our way home, we stopped in Chattanooga to visit the Hunter Museum of American Art and Stove Works. Thank you Charlotte Caldwell and Mike Calway-Fagen for the tour of Stove Works. We look forward to its opening.
Check out a few of the images we have shared from our studio visits and more as we say goodbye to Summer 2017.
